			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><span style="color:#800080;">Perveq se ne tru ndodh nje cregullim tek signalet ku drejtohen te te folurit eksperienca ime shumevjecare dhe studimet e shumta alternative qe jane bere tregojne se femiju fillon me belbezu kur e kupton se nuk mundet me u shpreh lirisht. Ose nese per kete femije ambienti eshte i stresuar, dhe e ben kete te pasigurt te flas.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#800080;">Cregullimet e te folurit tek disa femije jane te zakonshme. </span></p>
<p><span style="color:#800080;">  </span><span style="color:#800080;">Ne keto raste eshte shume me rendesi t&#8217;ja bejme femijut te ditur se cdo gje eshte ne rregull dhe  ti orfojme nje ambient te qete dhe pa konflikte. </span></p>
<p><span style="color:#800080;">Ne disa raste femiju i cregullohet te te folurit kur ai ose ajo nuk guxojne te qajne apo ti shprehin ndenjat se cka i mbren. Edhe pse ne te rriturve kjo na duket e cuditshme duhet ta dijme se femiju i sheh gjerat nga perspektivat tjera. Per ata cdo gje eshte ashtu sic duket dhe shpesh here nuk ka hapsire te manipulohet asgje. </span></p>
<p><span style="color:#800080;">Edhe pse femiju nuk tregon se cka e mundon nuk domethene se ate nuk e mbren asgje.<br />

<span style="color:#800080;">Zakonisht te belbezuarit paraqitet te mosha dy e gjysme deri ne shtate vjecare. Gjate kesaj periudhe mire eshte te flasim  me femijun ngadale, ti shprehim fjalet me kujdes dhe tja bejme femijut te ditur se cdo gje do te rregullohet.  Dhe mire eshte qe kete ta marrim si serioze dhe ketu duhet prinderit ose te rriturit rreth femijes te ndryshojne diqka qe nuk eshet ne rregull. </span></p>
<p><span style="color:#800080;">Ne disa raste belbezimi nuk zhduket edhe kur femiju rritet. Ne te shumtat e rasteve femiju fillon te flet pa cregullime ne moshen para se tia filloj shkolles, por ka edhe raste qe edhe ne moshuen madhore nese ka ndodhur diqka radikale tek personi te folurit eshet rregulluar. </span></p>
<p><span style="color:#800080;">Mos harroni se femiju i kupton ngjarjet me shume se qe te rriturve ju merr mendja. Edhe mos u mundoni me genjy apo manipulu per ta bere situaten me te lehte. Pa marre parasysh se per cka behet fjale. Sinqeriteti eshte gjeja me e mire per femijun. Edhe femiju kupton ckado qe i thojme, nese i flasim me besim qe i besojme femijut. Kete femiju e ndin!</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#800080;">Te kemi besim tek femiju, mos te trajtojme si femije por sic nje qenie qe i kupton gjerat. Nese ndiheni te brengosur dhe nese e keni ndonje anetare ne familje qe ka belbezuar ose belbezon atehere  eshte mire qe femiju te flas me logoped. (Pedagog i te folurit). Sa me heret aq me mire. </span></p>
<p><span style="color:#800080;">Krijoja femijut nje ambient te qete  ku femiju ndihet i sigurt dhe i respektuar. </span><br />

<p>Ne çdo reklam gati, neper shume spote muzikore e filma femra &#8220;paktohet&#8221; si objekt qe ti sherbej mashkullit, edhe ate ne seks.</p>
<p>Kjo sekuence e videos eshte marre nga nje dokumentar i bere ne ShBA qe ben fjale per femijet, te rrinjet dhe ata te rriturit se si i paraqesin femrat.<br />
Femiju sot ne SHBA, por edhe ne vendet tjera i kalon ore te tera duke shiquar TV, kompjuter( Facebook), Exbox, playstation dhe truri i ty eshte i bombarduar me qendrime se femra eshte objekt seksi dhe mashkulli paraqitet i forte i fuqishem dhe ai i cili gjithmone kenaqet nga femra.</p>
<p>Shiqoje kete video edhe mendo se si ti vet mund te jesh nje shembull me vlera korrekte se si ta shiqosh, trajtosh dhe respektosh femren. Pa marre parasysh a e ke dashnore, moter apo vajze.</p>
<p>Edhe ti nese je femer mendo se pse mashkulli mendon qe ti je bere qe vetem ti sherbesh atij, e per asgje tjeter.</p>
<p>Edhe pse jo te gjithe mendojne keshtu qendrimi ne pergjithesi eshte i tille. Perndryshe filmat dhe spotet e muzikave kishin pas permbajtje tjeter.</p>

<p>Siq e kam permend ne postin e kaluar nese deshiron ta shkaterrosh trupin dhe sistemin e metabolizmit atehere merru me dieta.</p>
<p>Ky post te drejtohet ty qe deshiron ta mirembash ose ta zvogelosh peshen pa ndihmen e dietave.</p>
<p>Heren e kaluar e kam permendur gjithashtu qe pesha dhe trupi eshte si nje kulete e te hollave. Ashtu eshte edhe trupi, nese vetem hyn asgje nuk del ai trashet, nese veq del asgje nuk hyn ai bjen ne kollaps. Rreziku qe i kanoset trupit me dieta nuk eshte vetem kolapsi i sistemit te perpunimit te ushqimit por edhe rreziku qe te jesh ne depresion, kjo si rezultate i mungeses se vitamineve qe i ke humb per shkak te dietes. Kur je ne depresion eshte njejte sikur te mos jetosh. Te humb vullneti i jetes.</p>
<p>Menyra me e mire me e mirembajt peshen eshte ta shikosh ate si stil te jetes, sikurse edhe trendat e modat e ndryshme. Kur je me kohen apo moden, atehere e percjell ate kostant dhe i permbahash asaj konstant. Ashtu eshte edhe pesha. Duhesh te kesh vemendje konstant se sa konsumon e sa hargjon.</p>
<p>Trupit dhe trurit i nevojitet qe te konsumon nje here ne dite me se paku ushqim te ngrohte te permbajtur med karbonhidrate, proteina, yndyrre, vitamine dhe minerale. Kjo mase duhet te jete e balancuar.</p>
<p>Perpunimi i ushqimit dhe &#8220;djegëja&#8221; e yndyrrnave me se mirti behet me ane te levizjeve apo ushtrimeve. Per ta perpunuar ate qe e ke ngrene ne dreke thjesht duhesh ta perpunosh kete nese ec me se paku 30 deri ne 60 min. me tempo te shpejte.</p>
<p>Mbasi qe han cdo dite atehhere duhesh edhe te ecesh cdo dite me se paku 30 min. Per 30 min me tempo mesatarisht te shpejt non stop pa u ndalur fare i ben afer 2km e gjyse. Dhe gjate kesaj tempoje ti ke djegur mesatarisht (mvaret prej peshes) afer 170 kalori. 170 kalori nuk jane shume. Nje porcion i pijates shqiptare mund te permbaje me se paku 1.000 kalori.</p>
<p>Nese don ta mirembash peshen atehere duhet ta dish se cdo 100 gr qe e han sa kalori i permban. Kjo zakonisht shkruan ne paketim te ushqimit. Kete stil te jetes duhesh ta ndryshosh e jo dietat, nese deshiron me pas nje trup dhe tru te shendosh.</p>
<p>Bere nje orar dhe percjelle ate. Planifikoje mirembajtjen e peshes cdo dite, bene kete si qellim i dites derisa ky sistem te behet pjese natyrore e stilit tend te jetes.</p>
<p>Tri here ne dite duhesh te hash me mase e edhe mbrenda ketyre tri hereve te hash peme apo perime qe metabolizmi te jete ne pune pa u ndalur. Puna e meteabolizmit perveqesohet kur ka ushqim te balancuar non stop. Edhe puna e metabolizmit eshte si puna e muskujve. Nese nuk ushtrohen ato atehre do te zvogelohet ede efekti dhe funkcioni i tyre.</p>
<p>Filloja me kete ndrimme nje muaj deri ne gjashte muaj per me hy nje tempo. Nese ke konsumu mu shume ne mengjes atehere konsumo me pak ne dreke e keshtu me radhe. Nese nuk ke ecure nje dite atehere kompenzoje kete ne diten tjeter. Dhesh te kesh dicipline dhe te jesh konsekvente cdo dite.<br />
As sheqeri mos te zevendesohet me asgje tjeter e as me produkte &#8220;light&#8221; se veq e manipulon trupin. Trupit i duhet edhe sheqeri e jo molekula qe duket si sheqer.</p>

<p>Prej qe ka fillu masivisht te prodhohet  margarina ne treg ne mes te luftes se pare e te dyte  boterore edhe semundjet e zemres dhe infraktet kane filluar te rriten masivisht.</p>
<p>Gjate asaj kohe margarina ka qene e demshme e lire dhe eshte konsumuar me masa te medha. Sot margarina eshte helm, faktikisht!</p>
<p>Nese ke margarine ne shtepi hudhe menjehere. Hiq pa mendu.  Margarina ta pengon qarkullimin e gjakkut dhe e ndryshon  essencen e gjakut.</p>
<p>Margarina perdoret si yndyrre pa qene yndyrre. Eshte yndyrre e hidrogjeinizuar , shkurt e shqip, artificiale. Industria e margarines egziston veq per qeshtje ekonomike, me fitu. Sa i perket aspektit etik kjo e industri  sipas mej vlen te denohet.</p>
<p>Asnje qeleize e trupit nuk do ta &#8220;njef&#8221; margarinen si pjese natyrore te saj por do ta shfrytezoj ate sikur te jete yndyre natyrore qe i takon trupit.  Figurativisht qeliza manipulohet dhe me ne fund nuk din qka te bej me te edhe e vendos aty ku vendoset yndyrra natyrore. Edhe efekti do te jete pasojat ne gjak, zemer, tru, e sipas kesaj pasojat tjera negative.</p>
<p>Gjalpa dhe vajrat jo te rafinuara siq eshet ajo e ullirit rekomendohet. Yndyrra e peshkut Omega 3) eshte baze e krijimit dhe zhvillit te trurit dhe trupit prej qe jemi foshnje ne bark te nenes e deri kur te vdesim.  Ne Youtube e kam be nje sekuence te videos vetem per grate shtatezene dhe Omega 3.  Sekuencen mund ta shiqosh <a href="http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Vf7i7pZOCRc">ketu</a>. Nese je shtatezene nuk ben assesi ta konsumosh margarinen ne asnje mase, as pak as shume.  Do ta demtosh vehten dhe foshnjen.</p>
<p>Me shkruaj nese ke pyetje. Do te jem mese e gezuar te ndihmoj dhe rekomendoj edhe tableta te vajit te peshkut qe faktikisht duhen te konsumohen cdo dite nga secili prej nesh e sidomos nga shtatezenet.</p>

<p>Truri eshte organ qe ta drejton jeten. Ate e dijme te gjithe!</p>
<p>Aftësia  se qka mund te krijon truri i shendoshe i njeriut eshte magjeps. Jo vetem te krijimeve ne shkence dhe zgjdhjeve te problemit por edhe signalet qe truri ia dergon cdo organi te trupit pa e perseritur apo bere asnje gabim. Pastaj mendimet dhe aftesia e trurit te perpunoje kujtesen dhe te lidh ate automatikisht me ndjenjen fizike qe mund ta ndish me krejt trupin eshte krijim ne veti. Truri na punon edhe kur trupi na pushon. Ai punon ne disa frekuenca dhe dy dimenzione te vetedijes. Mjafton veq te mendosh se cfare ngjyre e ka pas vetura e pare e babit dhe vetura te del para ftyres. Apo edhe edhe me ane te hypnozes truri mund ta paraqet ndjenjen e ndonje perjjetimi specifik prej kur ke qene ne bark ta nanes.</p>
<p>Per trurin dhe marifetin e tij jane shkruar miliona libra dhe bere shume filma, edhe ende njeriu behet i magjepsur edhe zbulon sende te reja se cka mund te arrij ky organ qe permban 60% yndyrre dhe peshon vetem 1200 gram.</p>
<p>Sa ta merr mendja ty qe njeriu e shfrytezon kapacitetin e trurit?</p>
<p>Studimet tregojne se njeriu mesatarisht ne dite i mendon 65.000 mendime! Ajo qe me mahnit mu eshte se deri  98% te mendimeve jane te njejta!!!</p>
<p>Cdo dite mendojme njejte edhe presim zgjidhje te reja!!! Ky ekuacion eshte i pamundur. Ne postet e ardhshme do te shkruaj si ta ushtrojme kreativitetin e ketij organi magjeps qe veq &#8220;ndryshket&#8221; ne kokat e njeriut e edhe si ta &#8220;mirembajme&#8221; te shendosh. Aftesia e tij mund te arrij sende qe nuk mund te paramendohen dhe pershkruhen. A nuk eshte gjynah qe veq te rrin ne koke e te &#8220;blun&#8221; sende te njejta cdo dite, tere jeten.</p>
<p>Eshte koha te mendojme mendime te reja dhe ta e sjellim kreativitetin tone prap ne jeten tone. Sipas nje studimi ne USA kur jemi ne meshon 2-7 vjecare niveli i kativitetit tone eshte ne maximum. Kur te rritemi zvogelohet me pak se 10%. A e din pse? Nese jo atehere prit deri ne heren tjeter se atehere do te tregoj.</p>
<p>Trurin edhe pse nuk e shfrytezojme per sende te reja edhe kreative ai prap na punon. Nuk ndalet.</p>
<p>Ju lutem filloja ta shfrytezosh trurin me vetedije. Kushtoji rendesi edhe mundohu te mendosh mendime te reja, te lexosh me shume se te shiqosh TV apo Te jesh ne Facebook vetem per te humbur kohen.</p>
<p>E ki nje send ne koken tende qe ta ben te mundur te flasesh, shikosh, degjosh, ecesh,shkruash,dashurosh,punosh,krijosh e edhe te shkosh ne hene e te kthehesh. Shfrytezoje ate!</p>

Cdo here qe shkoj eshte nje recept i ri. Me e popullarizuara eshte ende ajo qe ben te hash proteine dhe yndyrre por jo karbonidrade. Vjet ishte ne mode dieta me uje. Nje here ne jave vetem uje pine e asgje nuk hane e pine gjate tere dites, as nates e gjate tere javes mund te hash si zakonisht. Pastaj eshte edhe nje gjithashtu e famshme, smund pa e permend ajo me peme e perime e mish.</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000080;">A po mundeni me ndi se sa paradoksale edhe e ç&#8217;mendur ideja te humbesh peshe duke e shkaterru sistemin e metabolizmit. Edhe diqka qka eshte edhe ma interesant eshte se ata persona qe cdo vite po i ndrojne receptat sa here qe te shkoj jane ne pesh te njejte apo edhe me shume kane bere pesh!!!!</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000080;">Prandaj ky post ju kushtohet juve qe i ndrroni receptat shpesh. Edhe nje gje dua te ndaje me ju para se mjeku tju thote stop! Atehere eshte vone!</span><br />
<span style="color:#000080;"> Ndalu tash ma mire para se te kolapson organizmi apo pjeset e tij. Je duke ia cregulluar trupit edhe trurit nje sistemi te programuar qe 100.000 vjeteve. (Ketu e kam fjalen se si trupi dhe truri jane te &#8220;programuar&#8221; per ushqim). Nuk mu ta ndryshosh evulucionin biologjik te trupit me dietat e dimrit dhe veres. Trupi eshte i krijuar qe te punoje dhe funkconoje perfekt kur eshte i ngopur ne balanc e jo i urritur. </span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000080;">Truri 100.000 vjeqar i qenieve te organizmave te mehershme te qenieve njerezore ka qene i mvarur prej yndyrnave te peshkut. Ashtu eshte edhe sot. Per ate arsye edhe vegetarianet ne vendet evropiane edhe hasin ne probleme shendetesore per shkak te mungesave te yndyrnave te proteinave ne trup. Edhe pse i kane zevendesuar me yndyrrna bimore nuk ju ndihmon. Yndyrra e peshkut ka efekt tjeter se sa ajo e arrave edhe pse te dyjat jane te llojit Omega. Gjithashtu edhte trashesia dhe masa teper e yndyrnave ben qe njeerzit te semuhen..dmth ketu eshte fjala per JOBALNC.  Peshkun e morra si shembull .</span></p>
<p><span style="color:#000080;">Duhesh ta kesh parasysh se BALANCI i cdo sendi qe e fut ne goje dhe trup dhe balanci se cka perpunon dhe e qet jashte trupi eshte baza e mbajtjes se njepeshe konstante qe e deshiron. Edhe pesha eshte njejte sikur kuleta e cdo shtepie. Nese veq e mbush me para kuleta trashet,nese asgje nuk hin vetem del atehere bijme ne bakrupt. </span></p>

<p><span style="color:#000080;">Arsyeja pse hyp ne peshe shpesh eshte stresi mental dhe emocional. Pastaj eshte depresioni qe sjell cregullime edh ehormoniale, te gjitha jane te lidhura me njera tjetren cdo organ dhe cdo efekt.  Pastaj eshte mosha. Kur te behemi me me mosh cdo gje ngadalsohet e edhe metabolizmi.</span></p>

<p>Depresioni eshte i zakonshem  ne cdo shoqeri dhe te cdo individ.  Jeta nuk do te jete ne rrezik nese ke depresion nje kohe te shkurt. Problemi eshte nese depresioni zgjat.</p>
<p>Shume here me kane be njerezit pyetje, &#8220;Kur e di qe jam ne depresion?&#8221;</p>
<p>Pergjigjjen me te zgjeruar po e shkruaj ketu:<br />
Kur flasim per depresionin flasim per tri nivele te ndryshme.  Me poshte vijojne ato:</p>
<p>Nese i ndjen disa nga keto symptome atehere mundesh me qene ne depresion.</p>

Disponimi jo i mire nje kohe te gjate<br />
Vetbesimi i ulet<br />
Je afer te qajtturit konstant<br />
Ndihesh fajtor apo ke ndjenje faji<br />
Toleranca te zvogelohet, nuk duron shume<br />
Nuk te motivon asgje<br />
Nuk te ineterson asgje<br />
Te humb gezimi<br />
Je nervoz non stop, apo cdo gje te irriton<br />
I ke humb shpresat, nuk shpreson se do te behet mire<br />
Ndjenje qe asgje dhe askush nuk te ndihmon<br />
Mendime per vetevrasje<br />
Mendime dhe sjellje qe i lendon dikend tjeter, p.sh femijen e rrah pa pas arsye<br />

<p>nese ke vujatur nga depresioni nje kohe te gjate mund te me kontaktosh edhe mua por me rendesi eshte ta kontaktosh ndonje psikolog apo terapeut te mire.  Duhesh te flasesh me dikend per ate qe te ka brengos nje kohe te gjate.</p>

<p style="text-align:left;">Teoria e piramides se Maslowit perdoret neper krejt boten duke ia filluar prej zhvillimit personal te njeriut, social dhe ate te organizatave te ndryshme.<br />
Maslow-i ka qene psikolog dhe teoria e tij bazohet ne kerkesat dhe nevojat e njeriut.Teoria ne origjinal quhet &#8220;Teoria  e motivimit te njeriut&#8221; .<br />
Si te motivohet njeriu ne jete, pune apo shoqeri.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Teoria  quhet ndryshe edhe &#8220;Hierarkia e kerkesave/nevojave&#8221;. (Nevoja po tingellon ndryshe po skemi qka me bo <img src='http://s0.wp.com/wp-includes/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif' alt=':)' class='wp-smiley' />  )</p>
<p>Teoria e Maswloit  ilustrohet shpesh me formen e nje  piramide  ku nevojat thelebesore  te njeriut paraqiten ne fund te piramides dhe ajo e vet-aktualizimit  ne krye te piramides.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Teoria bazohet ne 5 kerkesa apo nevoja.<br />
1. Nevoja fundamentale/thelbesore (ketu hyn nevojat fizike, te kemi ushqim te mjaftueshem, uje per te pire, dhe kulm mbi koke). Kete nivel e quaj une niveli i mbijeteses. (Une kam nevoje)</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">2. Niveli i dyte eshte ai i sigurise personale, financiale, shendetit.  Ne kete nivel vepron njeriu nga &#8220;Une deshiroj&#8221;</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">3. Ne niveli e trete, hyn familja, dhe apsektit ku njeriu e ndin qe i takon mases. Ketu krijohen relacionet shoqerore, sociale, intime seksuale. (Une dua)</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">4. Kur te arrin njeriu ne nivelin apo shkallen e katert te piramides atehere ketu punon individi per ta plotesuar nevojen apo kerkesen e vetebesimit, vetrespektit. Ne kete shkalle veprohet nga vlerat e individit, te cilat kane te bejne per  te drejtat ndaj vetvetes dhe te tjereve. Ky nivel ska lidhje me religjion. Ne kete nivel njeriu beson ne potencialet e veta dhe punon per te arritur cka i takon asaj apo atij. (Une e zgjedhi)</p>

Niveli i peste eshte ai i fundit dhe kjo eshet vet-aktualizimi qe mund shkurtimisht te interpretohet &#8220;Cfare njeriu mund te arrij <strong>duhe</strong>t te arrij&#8221;. Ne kete nivel nuk arrijne te gjithe. Ne kete nivel njeriu eshte pothuajse perfekt, ne aspektin e arritjeve ne jete dhe te vlerave qe i ka. Repsekti, dashuria, pastertia shpirterore, ketu nuk ka xhelozi e as rrena kjo shkalle eshet shkalle pothuajse hyjnore. As ketu nuk e kam fjalen per religjion.  ((Detyra ime ne jete eshte..))</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Sipas Maslowit, njeriu nuk mund te arrij ne shkalle me te larte te zhvillimit nese nuk e ka plotesuar shkallen me te ulet. P.sh nese flasim ne pergjithesi per shoqerine shipetare.<br />
Ne cilen shkalle te piramides jane shqiptaret? Ketu mund te flasim vetem ne pergjithesi jo individualisht. cka ta merr mendja ty?&#8230;Ku je ti vet..ne cilen shkalle?<br />
Sipas observimeve te mia dhe krahasimit qe i kam bere ne teori dhe praktik shumica e shqipatrev ne Kosove gjindet nga shaklla e pare deri ne te treten. Te treten eshet pakica. Shume pak! Sepse normat e shumices nuk e lejon pakices te veproje sic don ajo vet. Apo shume ralle.  Ketu hyjne te drejtat themelore te njeriut. Cfare te drejta  ka individi pa marre parasysh gjinie, moshe, seksualiteti, etnike. Kush vendos per kend? si duken strukturat ne famije, shoqeri?&#8230;</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Qellimi im me videot e mija me punen time eshte qe te bejme polullin shqipetar te pamvarur dhe te vetedijshem per zgjedhjet qe ia ben vehtes. Ne vet ti ndihmojme njeri tjetrit ta zhvilljome vetveten. Te shkojme nga shkalla e nevojave primare ne nevojat me te larta.</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Pse nuk funkcionojne shumica e strukturave shqiptare?..duke ia filluar nga strukturat familiare deri ato te organizatave e pastaj shteterore?&#8230;Sepse..shumica e njerezve gjindet ne shkallen e pare apo te dyten por veprojne dhe komunikojne sikur me qene te treten apo te katerten. Nuk ben!&#8230;P.sh. Per te krijuar familje te shendosh dhe shoqeri et shendosh nuk mund te krijojme familje pa pas shtepi apo buke per te ngrene. Apo nuk mund te behemi lidere apo kryetare pa e pas vetrespketin dhe repsektin per te tjeret apo te korruptojme.<br />
As lufta nuk eshte zgjedhje nese gjindemi ne shkallen e trete, ajo hyn ne shkallen e pare. Luftojme qe te mbijetojme me apo pa deshiren tone. Paqja fillon nga shkalla e trete e piramides se Maslwoit&#8230;ne paqe mudn te krijosh!</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Le ti bashkojme forcat te gjithe ne qe gjindemi ne shkallen e pare, dyten, te  treten, te katerten apo pesten  dhe tju mundesojme femijve dhe te rrinjve tane qe t&#8217;ja fillojne jetes prej shkalles se trete. Kjo eshte  e mundur nese punojme bashke per te mirren tone!</p>
<p style="text-align:left;">Ne Facebook e kam krijuar nej grup qe quhet &#8220;Ta forcojem shendetin shqipetar&#8221;. Aty keni mundesi te me percjellni sepse aty ka informata shume te pasura si te forcohet dhe mirembahet shendeti. Pa shendet te mire ska as shoqeri te mire. Shqipetaret duhet tja vazhdojne te jene nje popull i shendosh ne te gjitha aspektet me apo pa piramide.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Arsyeja pse njerezit perdorin barera ne menyra masive jane tri:<br />
1. Njohurite mbi alternativat bimore dhe natyrore jane te vogla<br />
2. Lobiizmi i industrise se barerave eshte i madh dhe i fuqishem<br />
3. Njuhurite mbi pasojat negative dhe vdekjepruese te barerave jane shume te vogla.</p>
<p>Semundjet emergjente mund te zgjidhen me barera  qe jipen nga mjeket dhe farmacisstet, por jo  per mirembajtjen e shendetit.</p>
<p><em><span style="color:#000000;">Barerat nuk e sherrojne shkakun e semundjes, por i &#8220;zbusin&#8221; symptoemt e semundjes.</span></em></p>
<p>Dua te jem e qarte se shkaqet e nje semndje qe paraqitet fizikisht pa marre parasysh a eshte shtypja e laret e gjakut, infrakti ne zemer, alergjite e ndryshme, migrena apo edhe influenza jane rezultat i nje jobalanci qe ka zgjat shkurt apo shuem gjate ne organizem. Ky jobalancë është efekt i një stresi te mbrendshem i atij mental apo emocional dhe nese ky stres, (deshprim dhe ankth i mbrendshem) zgjate nje kohte gjate atehere shkaketohen deme ne organizem ne nivelin qelizor qe paraqiten te organet e ndryshme te trupit, mbrenda dhe jashte.</p>
<p>Medicinat dhe barerat qe i shperndahen popullit tone ne menyre masive dhe keqperdoruese mund te bejne me shume deme se te sjellin shendet. Pse?</p>
<p>Sepse barerat permbajne substanca sintetike apo artificiale qe  trupi nuk i &#8220;njef&#8221; dhe molekulat e ketyre supstancave &#8220;duken&#8221; si molekula natyrore keshtu qe trupi i trajton keto sikur te jene natyrore dhe nese kjo ndodh nje kohe te gjate atehere trupi e manipoulon vehten me keto permbajtje qe mund te shkaketoj edhe deme ne organet tjera e mos te flasim qe semundja nuk sherohet. Trupi vetem e shkatrron vetveten nga permbajtjet e medha artificiale.<br />
Shembulli konkret eshte barera apo droga qe cdo shtepi shqiptare ne Kosove e ka perdorur ( e di kete pasi jam nga Kosova) , BENSEDIN , ndryshe edhe <strong>Diazepam,</strong> qe hyn ne grupin e barerave e  <span style="color:#000000;"><a title="Bensodiazepiner" href="http://sv.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bensodiazepiner"><span style="color:#000000;">bensodiazepin</span></a>.</span> Me heret bensodiazepiner jane quajtur por edhe tash quhen Valium. Valiumi eshte shume i zakonshem tek narkomanet pasi qe roli i tij/tyres eshte ta ul nivelin e ankthit ne trup dhe tru dhe ta &#8220;qetsoje&#8221; trupin.</p>
<p>Bensedin-i eshte shpernda ne Kosove si pomfritat qe shperndahen ne mbremje per arsye ta qetesoje popullin shqipetar.  Populli shqiptar ne fakt nuk qetsohet por truri dhe sistemi i organizmit i manipulohet dhe ne vend se te qetesohet trupi behet i &#8220;humbur&#8221; dhe kur te &#8220;zgjohen&#8221; nga gjumi nuk zgjohen te kthjellte por total  te &#8220;trulluar&#8221;  te drogiratur nga valiumi apo bensedini.  Kur truri/trupi te drogiratet me supstanca kimike ai bjen ne stress edhe me te madh dhe konsumon me shume vitamine dhe minerale natyrore qe gjinden ne trup dhe qe i ndihmojne trupit ta mirembaje vetveten.<br />
Keshtu qe ne fund asgje nuk arrin me Bensedin. Mjeket dhe farmacistet thojne sigurisht qe nuk eshte rrezik, pasi qe ne pyetjet jane profitimet.<br />
Rreziqet qe shkakton bensedina perveq se mund te bej te mvarur e te trulluar gjate tere dites, javes apo sa gjate e perdor qe farmacistet sigurisht nuk te kane treguar jane alergjite e ndryshme, probleme me te pamurit, organet e metabolozmit demtohen,  kokedhimbje, dhembje ne gjoks (rreziku te panikes nga ankthet rriten), halucinacione, sjelljet ndrohen, tensioni i gjakut mund te rritet, anemija, temperature, ethet, te mirren mendet, e te vjedhet.</p>
<p>Alternativa me e mire jane vitamina qe jane permbajte qe vet trupi i ka.Trupi e mban dhe miremban vetveten VETEM me permbajte natyrore. Keto gjinden ne tregun tone por populli nuk eshte i informuar per kete.</p>
<p>Nese e ke ndonje te aferm qe ka qene ne depresion te gjate dhe eshte ne ankth te lutem me kontakto. Mund ti ndihmoj pa pritur fare.</p>
<p style="text-align:center;">Ne sekuencen e vidoes qe vjen do te flas per Vitaminen B, qe ndryshe quhet edhe vitamina psikologjike.</p>
